Processing Time
All items are handmade and carefully packed. Already made products are typically processed within 1-15 business days. For made-to-order pieces, please allow 1–2 months for production before shipping, depending on the scale of the order. Please contact studiorominarems@gmail.com for a more accurate estimate. 

Shipping Locations
We ship from the Netherlands to most international destinations. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, feel free to contact us.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Estimated delivery times. 

Please note: international orders may take up to 1-2 months to arrive, depending on local customs, postal services, and seasonal delays.

Packaging
Ceramics are fragile—each piece is packed with care using protective, eco-conscious materials to ensure safe arrival.

Tracking
All orders include tracking. You’ll receive a tracking link once your package has shipped.

Customs & Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply. Studio Rems is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Damages or Issues
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll do our best to replace or refund your order.
